Terms & Conditions
1.1 All final images created by Space are produced at either A4 or A3 300dpi resolution unless specified.
1.2 Space provides a 2 stage development process whereby test renders are created to enable customers to check modelling details and establish the correct view/angle for the image. Once this has been agreed Space produces a fully textured image called Image A. We then offer an opportunity for textures and colours and minor modelling details to be changed that don’t amount to more than 2 hours work. Once the changes have been agreed Image B is then produced. Any changes beyond image B will be charged for. A quotation for the amendments will be provided and agreed prior to any further work being undertaken.
1.3 Title to the Goods shall not pass to the customer until Space for Marketing Limited receives payment in full (in cash or cleared funds) for the Goods and any other goods that Space for Marketing Limited has supplied to the Customer in respect of which payment has become due, in which case title to the Goods shall pass at the time of payment of all such sums.
1.4 Until title to the Goods has passed to the Customer, the Customer shall:
(a) Store the Goods separately from all other goods held by the Customer so that they remain readily identifiable as Space for Marketing Limited’s property;
(b) Not remove, deface or obscure any identifying mark or packaging on or relating to the Goods;
(c) Maintain the Goods in satisfactory condition and keep them insured against all risks for their full price from the date of delivery;
(d) Notify Space for Marketing Limited immediately if it becomes insolvent in accordance with the definition given to that term by the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Act”) or has any office holder appointed under the Act ; and
(e) Give Space for Marketing Limited such information relating to the Goods as Space for Marketing Limited may require from time to time.
1.5 If before title to the Goods passes to the Customer (or any other party) the Customer becomes subject to any of the events listed in clause 1.2 then, without limiting any other right or remedy Space for Marketing Limited may have:
(f) The Customer’s right to resell the Goods or use them in the ordinary course of its business ceases immediately; and
(g) Space for Marketing Limited may at any time:
(i) require the Customer to deliver up all Goods in its possession which have not been resold, or irrevocably incorporated into another product; and
(ii) if the Customer fails to do so promptly, enter any premises of the Customer or of any third party where the Goods are stored in order to recover them.
